🎓 Entry Requirements

There are no formal prerequisites to enrol in this course.
However, to obtain a Certificate of Registration, you must meet the NSW Fair Trading licensing requirements.

Course Format:

• Delivered in 3 clusters

• Approximately 10 hours per cluster

• Up to 3 months to complete

Your Certificate of Registration is valid for up to 4 years.
Within this period, you must complete the full Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice to remain compliant.

After 1 year and upon completing the qualification, you may be eligible to apply for a Class 2 Licence.
