   • Insights for both salespeople and property managers

4. 📉 Underquoting & Price Misrepresentation

   • Delivered online by NSW Fair Trading & TAFE NSW, with expert input from the Real Estate Institute of NSW

   • Understand legal obligations, pricing transparency, and best practice advertising
